Recipe for a moist turkey burger?

I used to be on Jenny Craig, and they had a delicious turkey burger. It had onions and green peppers in it, but I'm not sure what else. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any good turkey burger recipes? Or if anyone knows the recipe for the Jenny Craig turkey burger that would be awesome, too! Thanks.
