What is a good piano song to play for Christmas?

Hi, my piano teacher wants me to play at our school's Christmas presentation thing. She says that she would like me to play a Christmas song. I'm not quite sure what to play because most Christmas songs aren't very complex and it wouldn't sound so great beause of the simplicity. I want to play a sort of complex song that wouldn't sound so simple, while still being a Christmas song.

So what do you think is a good song to play? Please answer.
