I'm about to buy a car. Will the interest rate cut affect my rate if I wait?

I know the Fed just cut interest rates by a half a point. I'm thinking of buying a scion and I have great credit. Should I wait and see if the cut affects the lowest finance rate? Or is it not going to make a difference?
