Will the 1.5% interest rate cut be passed on to tracker mortgages?

I have a tracker mortgage and pay 0.79% on top of the Bank of england base rate with Nationwide... and just want to check that I will definately get the big ol interest rate cut today? Do all tracker mortgages get the cut automatically? Can I spend that extra cash already!?!?!
