What's the name of the motorized dog nail trimmer that is advertised on t.v. It's not the dremel?

It's longer and the cutting heads are enclosed. It has what looks like 2 rotary drums to surround the nail for what looks like sanding down & rounding it off. You put the nail in the little opening and basically file away. Same concept as the dremel but this one looks faster and easier to work with on a dog. I've only seen it advertised 3 times
