What is the best deal for Extended auto warranty for 90-100k used 2002 Honda Civic and the price I can expect?

Is it cheaper and effective to get warranty through dealer? or online sites, like http://ping.fm/FLpay If I bought the vehicle from individual sales (not through dealer) then will it still be cheaper and effective to get warranty through them?

I know that most warranty won't cover vehicle that has got milage beyond 100k.
