Are there house repair program for disabled in Georgia?

I am looking for people who may know some program that is government or non-government organization that repairs house for the disable. The person that is disabled, having financial problem and can't afford to repair the house.

Can someone that are from Georgia can help these matter?

I am doing this research for a friend who is computer illiterate.
