Why are they pretending Max Keeble is a new Disney Original movie?

Why the f*** do Disney think they can pass off Max Keeble as a brand new movie? I watched that movie ages ago on Disney! It's even obvious that it's not new because Eddie from That's so Raven is like 10 years old in it.
