Are there any 3rd party Netflix queue manager applications that are worthwhile?

I'd like to manage my Netflix queue from an application, instead of through the web. I'd like it to be able to add movies, see reviews, see what friends rated it, etc. I think there are many out there, but I don't know which one is good.

Do you use one specifically that you like? I don't mind if you have to pay for it, if its cheap.
