What is the best way to get rid of migraine headaches if medicine doesn't work?

I have been getting these headaches that have all the signs of being migraines except the nausua. nothing helps I have taken over the counter medicine, prescription migraine medicine, and even pain killers like Hydrocodone and Vicadin. Nothing helps.
