What does it cost per tax payer to fund AIG 85 billion dollars and do we now get a vote on how those funds use?

The CEO I heard will get some kind of severance package for 8 million dollars that is unfare to the American tax payer. As one of the new owners of AIG I the american tax payer say no to this 8 millino dollar mistake
