How do you put a video on a 4GB ipod NANO when the video is already mp4?

I got the video from limewire and it said the type was mp4 so i shouldn't have to convert it but when i go to i tunes, i find the video in "movies" section but it wont let me drag it to music videos, it lets me drag it to party shuffle but then nothing happens.

can anyone plleeeease help? i really want to know how i can put videos on my ipod nano.
