Is it considered assault with a weapon? Whether your a minor or an adult. And if so how much jail time could someone serve? I mean, they sell paintball guns in stores like Walmart. So how serious could it be if someone shoots someone else with it on the street or somewhere public. It doesn't make sense to me. An adult could easily buy one for a minor the same way they could buy a minor a ticket to a rated R movie or liquor.
