okay i plugged in my 4GB ipod nano to update it and put new songs in and it didnt connect. like it never showed up in itunes. i tried a different connecting cable and that didnt work. i plugged in my old ipod shuffle and it worked. i then went upstairs and tried to plug my nano into a different computer with a different cable and that didnt work. so its my ipod that isnt working. i really dont know what to do. i got it about seven months ago from best buy and i still have the reciept, but is there anything i can do to fix it without having to return it or whatever? and can i still return it? how long is the warranty?
