Why is the Government so mad at AIG using tax payer money on Bonuses?

When they don't care when they waste tax payer money?
Wasn't in Chuck Shumer who told us that Americans don't care about some small porky amendments? So now that AIG is just taking a small sliver for their pork they go up in arms!
